The Coimbatore Regional Chapter of INTACH will conduct a clean monument campaign and competition for school students on Friday. A release from the organisers said the campaign was open for students from classes six to nine and INTACH organised it as part of the Swachh Bharat initiative of the Union Government. The objective of the campaign was to enlighten students on the need for keeping surroundings clean and preserve and protect built heritage.

Around 130 students from 13 schools would participate in the campaign to be held at All Souls Church, Sarvajana School, Royal Theatre, Gass Museum in Forest College and Naval tree planted by Mahatma Gandhi.
