Calling upon institutions to provide quality education of global standards, he said the government would facilitate collaborations and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between Tamil Nadu institutions and leading international universities. He also stressed that every higher educational institution should establish dedicated placement cells and ensure employment opportunities for students graduating from their campuses.

Sharing his personal experiences, the Minister said integrity and humility are the foundations of success and assured educational institutions of a transparent administrative approach in the higher education sector.
