Coimbatore: The 11th edition of FLO Bazaar, a two-day exhibition organised by the FICCI FLO Coimbatore Chapter, commenced on Friday at Suguna Kalyana Mandapam, bringing together over 50 women-led enterprises from Coimbatore and neighbouring regions. The exhibition features an extensive collection of handwoven sarees, dress materials, jewellery, homemade food products, paintings, home décor, wellness products and lifestyle accessories.

The exhibition aims to provide a platform for women entrepreneurs to showcase and market their products while encouraging entrepreneurship at the grassroots level. According to the organisers, FLO Bazaar serves as a vibrant marketplace where women-owned businesses can connect with customers and expand their reach.

One of the highlights of the exhibition is the Green Vertical initiative of the FICCI FLO Coimbatore Chapter. Around 20 women have handcrafted nearly 15 varieties of products, including jewellery, gift envelopes, coasters, pickles, handbags and fruit baskets. The proceeds from the sale of these products will be utilised for tree plantation initiatives across the city.

The exhibition has been organised under the leadership of FICCI FLO Coimbatore Chapter Chairperson Parnika Gupta, with Vanaja Ramaraj serving as the event convenor. FLO Bazaar will continue for two days, offering visitors an opportunity to support women entrepreneurs while exploring a diverse range of handcrafted and locally made products.
