Coimbatore: The Congress party in Coimbatore solemnly observed the 35th memorial day of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on Thursday with a tribute ceremony and anti-terrorism pledge at Sivananda Colony near 5-No Bus Stand.
The memorial event was organised under the leadership of State General Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee (TNCC) drawing Congress functionaries, party cadres, and youth wing members who gathered to pay their respects to the late leader.
