Health Center to Drainage Works: coimbatore Peelamedu Ward 27 Gets Inspection

Coimbatore Corporation North Zone Ward 27 Councillor Ambika Danapal conducted field inspections of the primary health center, waste collection services, and drainage cleaning operations in Pilamedu area. She emphasized waste segregation and directed sanitation workers to maintain daily cleanliness standards across the ward.


Coimbatore: Ward Councillor Ambika Danapal of Coimbatore Corporation North Zone Ward No. 27 p area under Singanallur Assembly constituency conducted comprehensive field inspections of various health and sanitation works in the locality.

Councillor Ambika Danapal visited the Coimbatore Corporation Primary Health Center located in peelamedu Bharathi Colony area today for a detailed inspection. She reviewed the public visitor register and children's vaccination records at the facility. Medical officer and nurses were present during this inspection visit.



Subsequently, the Ward Councillor personally visited the BRP Garden area to verify whether the daily waste collection auto is arriving regularly. She requested residents to segregate biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste before handing it over. Ward Supervisor Eswari accompanied her during this inspection.



Councillor Ambika Danapal also visited peelamedu Bharathi Colony area to inspect the regularity of waste collection auto services. She then instructed sanitation workers to ensure daily cleaning of roadside garbage. Ward Supervisor Eswari was present during this inspection as well.



Drainage cleaning work is currently underway on peelamedu Dispensary Road and Bound Road area, where silt and debris are being cleared from roadside drains. Ward Councillor Ambika Danapal visited the site today to monitor the progress. She emphasized to sanitation workers the need to completely clean drainage silt along the roadsides.



The comprehensive inspection covered multiple aspects of public health infrastructure and civic amenities in Ward 27. The Councillor's hands-on approach to monitoring healthcare facilities, waste management systems, and drainage maintenance demonstrates proactive civic governance in the peelamedu area.
