Flight services to Singapore and Sharjah from Coimbatore airport continue to operate as usual.
In this context, measures are being undertaken to launch direct flight service from Coimbatore to Kuwait by Jazeera Airlines, scheduled to begin by the end of April.
Speaking about this development, Coimbatore airport officials stated that Jazeera Airlines has planned to start flight service from Coimbatore to Kuwait. The service is likely to operate twice a week. Currently, the flight timings provided by the airline need to be rescheduled. Once these arrangements are finalized, an official announcement will be made regarding the commencement of flight service between Coimbatore and Kuwait.
This flight service is not permanent and has been scheduled to operate for only 15 days. However, all details will be officially released later, airport sources confirmed.
