Special Event Preparations for Singanallur Urban Health Centre Discussed

Coimbatore's East Zone officials held a meeting on October 3, 2024, to discuss arrangements for the opening ceremony of Singanallur Urban Health Centre, scheduled for tomorrow with Health Minister Ma. Subramanian's visit.


Coimbatore: The East Zone of Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation conducted a crucial meeting on Thursday, October 3, 2024, to finalize preparations for the inauguration of the Singanallur Urban Health Centre. The event, scheduled for tomorrow, will be graced by the presence of Health Minister Ma. Subramanian.

East Zone Chairperson Ilanchelvi Karthik led the meeting, which was attended by key officials including the Assistant Commissioner, Assistant Executive Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Community Health Officer (CHO), and Zonal Sanitary Officer (ZSO). The discussions focused on the arrangements necessary to welcome the Health Minister and ensure a smooth opening ceremony.

Notably, Dravida Mani, Ramakrishnan, and doctors from the Urban Health Centre were also present at the meeting, contributing their insights to the event planning.



In a separate development, the East Zone promptly addressed a public complaint regarding storm water drainage in Ward 59.



Responding to concerns raised by residents of Krishnama Nayakar Street, East Zone Chairperson Ilanchelvi Karthik contacted the relevant authorities.



As a result, immediate action was taken to clean and maintain the storm water drain on Thursday, October 3, 2024, demonstrating the corporation's commitment to addressing civic issues promptly.
