Man Caught Performing Obscene Act in Public, Chased Away by Resident in Coimbatore

Coimbatore: In a shocking incident that occurred in the early hours of today, a 45-year-old man was caught performing an indecent act in public at Rangammal Kovil Street in Pappanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore. The man, who arrived on a bicycle, was seen exposing himself and engaging in obscene behavior while watching women who were drawing kolams, going to shops, or heading to work.

Alarmed by this brazen act, a local resident took matters into his own hands. He confronted the perpetrator, beating him with a stick and chasing him away from the area. The swift action of the resident prevented further distress to the women in the vicinity.
