The protester, identified as Prabu Deva from the Narikurava colony in Kullakkapalayam Panchayat near Pollachi, parked his two-wheeler and sat on the ground within the office premises.

"We gave them money, quails, guinea fowls, and rabbits. But we haven't received drinking water for three months. Will they ask for deer next?
