Grievance Redressal Meeting for Retired Tamil Nadu Government Employees Held in Coimbatore

A pension grievance redressal meeting for retired Tamil Nadu government employees was held in Coimbatore on August 2, 2024. District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati chaired the event organized by the Treasury Department.


Coimbatore: A pension grievance redressal meeting for retired Tamil Nadu government employees was held today (02.08.2024) at the District Collectorate in Coimbatore. The meeting was organized by the Treasury Department as part of the District Public Grievance Day proceedings.

District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati IAS chaired the event, which aimed to address the concerns and issues faced by retired state government employees regarding their pensions. The meeting provided a platform for pensioners to voice their grievances and seek solutions to their pension-related problems.



Also present at the meeting were the District Collector's Personal Assistant (Accounts) Kuthsiya Kawsar and the Joint Director of Pensions Kamalanathan. These officials were on hand to provide expert guidance and assistance in resolving the pensioners' issues.

The grievance redressal meeting is part of the government's efforts to ensure the welfare of its retired employees and address their concerns promptly. Such meetings help in maintaining a direct line of communication between the pensioners and the administration, facilitating quicker resolution of pension-related matters.
