Coimbatore: The Salem Railway Division has announced a special one-way train service from Coimbatore to Danapur, Bihar. This announcement comes as a relief to passengers traveling between these two destinations.

According to the press release issued by the Salem Railway Division, the Coimbatore-Danapur special train (No. 06185) will depart from Coimbatore on July 21 at 11:30 PM. The journey will span approximately 62 hours, with the train scheduled to reach Danapur on July 24 (Wednesday) at 1:30 AM.

The special train will make stops at several key stations along its route. These include Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perambur, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Parvatipuram, Rayagada, Muniguda, Sambalpur, Rourkela, Hatia, Ranchi, Gaya, and Patna.

This special train service is expected to benefit a large number of passengers, especially those traveling for work, education, or to visit family in Bihar. It also highlights the Railways' efforts to connect distant parts of the country and facilitate long-distance travel.
