Power Outage Scheduled for S.N. Palayam Substation Area on July 18 in Coimbatore

The Electricity Board announces a power outage in S.N. Palayam and surrounding areas on July 18 from 9 AM to 5 PM due to maintenance work at the substation.


Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) has announced a scheduled power outage for several areas in Coimbatore on Tuesday, July 18. The interruption in power supply is due to planned maintenance work at the S.N. Palayam substation.

According to the official statement released today, the power cut will be in effect from 9 AM to 5 PM. Residents and businesses in the affected areas are advised to plan accordingly for the eight-hour outage.

The areas that will experience the power interruption include S.N. Palayam, Papanaickenpalayam, Vadavalli, Vedapatti, Veerkeralam, Telungupalayam, Velandipalayam, Sai Baba Colony, Selvapuram, Gandhi Nagar, Anna Nagar, and Lakshmi Nagar.
