Coimbatore: In an important community engagement, Karegoundenpalayam Village in Annur, Coimbatore District, hosted a special Gram Sabha meeting on June 28. Presided over by village head Thangaraj, the gathering discussed key village development projects.

Among the agenda items were the Kalaignar Kanavu Illam project and the renovation of old houses within the village. These discussions aimed at advancing development and improving living conditions for the residents.

The meeting saw participation from Vice President Gurunthasala Moorthy, Secretary Rajagopal, Administrative Officer Nagaraj, and other council members, as well as the general public, reflecting a strong community involvement in local governance.
