PCET Celebrates International Yoga Day with Enthusiasm in Coimbatore

On June 21, 2024, Park College of Engineering and Technology in Kaniyur, Coimbatore, celebrated International Yoga Day. The event featured a guest yoga trainer from Isha Yoga Centre and emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life.



Coimbatore: Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET) in Kaniyur celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm in their auditorium. The event saw the participation of esteemed guests and faculty members. Dr. Anusha Ravi, CEO of Park Institutions, led the event highlighting the transformative effects of yoga on daily well-being.



Naveen captured the audience's attention with an insightful speech on the myriad benefits of yoga. He then led a detailed yoga session where participants practiced various asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises), and concluded with a brief session of meditation. This session catered to both novice and experienced yoga practitioners, ensuring all could participate actively.



The celebration not only emphasized the importance of yoga in achieving holistic health but also strengthened the sense of community among the participants.
