Students across various departments gathered early in the morning to engage in yoga exercises and meditation sessions, reflecting the day’s theme of enhancing mental clarity and physical health.

The day began at 6:30 AM in the campus courtyard with warm-up exercises, followed by a session on basic yoga postures guided by experienced instructors, including Kavinkumar and Kavin from the EEE department. Under their guidance, students practiced postures like the tree pose (Vrikshasana), which helped enhance their balance and concentration.

A significant gathering occurred in the amphitheater area of the campus, where students, in the calm of the early morning, participated in a group meditation session. The amphitheater's steps offered a unique and natural setting for the students to lay out their mats and perform yoga together, creating an atmosphere of calm and unity.
