HDFC Bank Account of Savukku Shankar Frozen by Chennai Cyber Crime Police

Chennai Cyber Crime Division has frozen the HDFC bank account of Savukku Shankar. Transactions worth Rs.1.25 crore were reported in recent months. Three more accounts associated with him are under scrutiny.


Chennai: In a significant development, the Chennai Cyber Crime Police have frozen the HDFC bank account of Savukku Shankar. This action comes after it was found that transactions amounting to approximately Rs. 1.25 crore had occurred over the past few months. Further investigations have revealed that three additional bank accounts associated with Savukku Shankar are currently under examination. The police are conducting a thorough review to trace the origin of these transactions and understand the full extent of the activities linked to these accounts.
