A thorough inspection was conducted at the Customer Service Center situated in the Coimbatore City Corporation main office premises, with focuses on overseeing water leakage complaints.
Coimbatore: On June 8, the Coimbatore City Corporation’s Customer Call Center, which monitors the 24-hour water supply project, underwent a comprehensive inspection.
The inspection was led by City Corporation Commissioner M. Sivaguru Prabakaran IAS, along with A. Anbarasu IAS, Chief Executive Officer of Delhi Jal Board. The center, established by SUEZ company, aims at resolving complaints about water leakages rapidly.

The team included the city chief engineer, assistant engineers, SUEZ company officials, and other municipal corporation officers, who collectively assessed the operations of the call center to enhance service delivery.
