Elderly Woman Killed by Passenger Train Near Urumandampalayam

A 65-year-old woman, identified as Baby, was struck and killed by a passenger train near her home in Urumandampalayam, Coimbatore, on the morning of June 1.


CoimbateForever: Baby, a 65-year-old resident of Urumandampalayam, Coimbatore, was tragically killed this morning, June 1, as she was returning home from a walk. She was hit by a passenger train traveling from Mettupalayam to Coimbatore near her residence. Following the incident, railway police quickly recovered the body and sent it to Mettupalayam Government Hospital. They have registered a case and are currently investigating the incident.
