Review Meeting Held for Coimbatore Lok Sabha Constituency Vote Count

A review meeting regarding the Coimbatore Lok Sabha constituency vote count was held in the district collectorate on May 27. The counting is scheduled for June 4 at the Government Polytechnic.


Coimbatore: District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati led a review meeting on May 27 at the district office concerning the upcoming vote count for the Coimbatore Lok Sabha constituency. The counting center is established at the Government Polytechnic College, and the vote counting is set for June 4. Arrangements for counting postal votes are being made with seven designated tables.

Tables are allocated for Coimbatore South, Coimbatore North, Singanallur, and Sulur assembly constituencies, with 14 tables each, 18 tables for Palladam, and 20 for Kavundampalayam, totaling 101 tables arranged. No other assembly constituency representatives are allowed in the vote counting center except for those assigned.



District Collector emphasized that if any agent engages in misconduct, actions will be taken following the Election Commission's guidelines.
