DMK Secretary Assists in Repair of House Damaged by Rain in Thondamuthur

In Thondamuthur, near Coimbatore, the heavy rainfall on May 22 caused severe damage to DMK administrator Muthukumar's house. DMK North District Secretary Thondamuthur Ravi provided financial aid for repairs on May 23.


Coimbatore: Following the devastating effects of the heavy rainfall on the night of May 22, the house of DMK administrator Muthukumar in Puthur area of Thondamuthur was severely damaged.



The incessant rain led to significant structural damage to the residence.

The following morning on May 23, Thondamuthur Ravi, the DMK North District Secretary, visited the affected site. He met with the family, offered consolations, and provided a financial aid of Rs. 1 lakh to assist with the house repairs. Ravi's gesture was part of his commitment to aid constituents facing hardships.

Alongside Ravi, several DMK officials including North Union Secretary Samipaiyan, Party Secretary T.V. Kumar from Thondamuthur Perur, Chairman of Perur Town Council Annadurai, Development of Sports Team Tho.Mu.Thiyagu, Adi Dravidar Welfare Committee member Thenai Siva, Lawyer Team Rajesh, and Branch Party Secretary Balusamy were present to support and assess further needs.
