Coimbatore Secures 12th Rank with 100 Percent Success Rate in 190 Schools in Class 10 Results

The Class 10 public exam results were announced today in Coimbatore with a total of 8,18,743 students passing. Coimbatore achieved a 94.01% success rate, securing the 12th rank, improving from last year's 13th position.


Coimbatore: Coimbatore has showcased impressive results as the 10th class public exam results released today, positioning the district at the 12th rank statewide. The exams, which concluded on April 8, 2024, after starting on March 26, 2024, had a significant number of students appearing.

Among the participants, 4,47,203 boys and an equal number of girls took the exam, with a total of 8,94,264 students. Of these, 8,18,743 students successfully passed the exams, with girls outperforming boys by 5.95%.

Additionally, special-needs students also did exceptionally well, with 12,491 out of 13,510 passing their exams. The districts of Ariyalur, Sivagangai, and Ramanathapuram captured the top three spots. Coimbatore, with a success rate of 94.01%, has made significant progress from last year's 13th rank.

As many as 190 schools in Coimbatore achieved a 100% pass rate. A total of 39,740 students wrote the exam in the district, and 37,360 passed, indicating robust educational achievements in the region.



The advancement indicates continual improvement in educational standards and a focused approach towards academic excellence in Coimbatore.
