Voting Machines Sealed and Secured in Coimbatore's Strong Room

Following the Parliamentary elections in Tamil Nadu, all voting machines in Coimbatore were sealed on April 19 and are now under strict surveillance at the Government Engineering College.


Coimbatore: After the Parliamentary elections concluded in Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore's voting machines were sealed and transferred under police guard to the strong room located at the Government Engineering College on Thadagam Road. The sealing process occurred in the presence of officials on April 19.


The candidates, their agents, and District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati observed the official sealing on April 20, assuring a secure electoral process. The premises are now under the close watch of Tamil Nadu Police and Central Security Forces, with intense monitoring facilitated by CCTV cameras in the control room.
