Vaiko Asserts BJP's Inevitable Defeat in Tamil Nadu Regardless of PM Modi’s Visits

During a rally in Tiruppur, MDMK General Secretary Vaiko stated that even repeated visits by PM Narendra Modi cannot prevent BJP’s defeat in Tamil Nadu elections. He supported CPI candidate Supparayan in the constituency.

Coimbatore: At a recent electoral rally in Gandhinagar, Tiruppur, MDMK General Secretary Vaiko launched a strong critique against PM Narendra Modi and the BJP, asserting their inevitable defeat in the upcoming elections. "Even if Narendra Modi visits Tamil Nadu ninety times, it will not prevent the BJP's defeat," Vaiko proclaimed.

He was speaking in support of the CPI candidate Subbarayan who is contesting from the Tiruppur Lok Sabha constituency as part of the DMK alliance. Vaiko emphasized the resilience of the Dravidian movement and criticized Modi for his harsh rhetoric, which he claimed could not dampen the enduring spirit of the Tamil people. He predicted a significant victory for Subbarayan, expecting him to win by over five lakh votes, underscoring a broader triumph for the Dravidian parties to safeguard Tamil Nadu and the integrity of India from Hindutva forces. "This victory will resonate all the way to Kashmir," Vaiko added, highlighting the national implications of the local electoral battle.
