DMK Members Meet Jamaat Ulama Council Officials in Dharapuram

In Dharapuram, DMK members actively campaigning for their Erode parliamentary candidate K.E. Prakash, engaged with Jamaat Ulama Council officials to seek support.


Dharapuram: As part of the DMK's intense campaign efforts for the upcoming Erode parliamentary elections, local DMK officials led by urban secretary Muruganandham met with the Jamaat Ulama Council's administration. The meeting occurred at the council's office in Muhamadiya Nagar under the leadership of council chairman Mujibur Rahman Dawoodi. Other DMK officials present included Kovai district deputy secretary Coimbatore Abbas, city chairman Muruganandham, urban chairman Pappukannan, alliance party leaders including Congress city chief Senthilkumar, who collectively sought support for DMK’s candidate K.E. Prakash. The campaign has been marked by heightened DMK activity in the Dharapuram city area.






Other prominent figures at the event included district leader Rahmathullah, ward secretary Akbar Basha, representatives Nasar Hussein, Mubarak Ali, civic activists like Jeeva Shajakan, and organizational coordinators including Maulana Sayed Ibrahim. The meeting underscored the strategic collaborations between DMK and local community leaders as they garner support for their symbol, the rising sun, across Dharapuram's diverse communities.
