Vanathi Srinivasan Seeks Support from Jain Acharya Sree Udayprabh Suri Swarji Maharaj for BJP Candidate Annamalai in Coimbatore

In Coimbatore, Vanathi Srinivasan met with Jain Acharya Sree Udayprabh Suri Swarji Maharaj at the Suparswanath Jain Temple on RG Street to seek blessings for BJP candidates. Temple leaders, including President Gulabchand Mehta, welcomed her and emphasized the Jain community's apolitical stance, blessing any party's candidates who seek their goodwill.



Coimbatore: In a community meeting at the Suparswanath Jain Temple located on RG Street, Vanathi Srinivasan, accompanied by BJP cadres and Jain devotees, sought blessings from Jain Acharya Sree Udayprabh Suri Swarji Maharaj for the upcoming parliamentary elections.



The temple's president, Gulabchand Mehta, warmly welcomed the gathering, which included community leaders and committee members such as Treasurer Tejraj Rathod, Joint Secretary Goutam Chand Bafna, and Joint Treasurer Dinesh Jankulol among others.Kishore Kumar Jain, the temple media coordinator, stated that Jain monks maintain a neutral stance in politics, offering blessings to any party's candidates who seek them.



The event highlighted the tradition of seeking divine blessings in Indian politics, regardless of the Jain community's apolitical approach.



Vanathi Srinivasan's visit underlines the BJP's efforts to garner support from various communities in Coimbatore, with a special request for support made to Temple President Gulabchand Mehta for K.Annamalai, the party's candidate in the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
