Grievance Redressal Camp Scheduled in Mettupalayam Tomorrow

The Mettupalayam Revenue Office, along with the Distribution Office, will host a special camp tomorrow (Feb. 10) from 10 AM to 1 PM for addressing issues related to the Public Distribution System. Services will include addition and removal of names on ration cards, address changes, and updates of family head photographs.


Coimbatore: A special Grievance Redressal Camp aimed at resolving issues related to the Public Distribution System (PDS) is set to take place tomorrow, February 10, at the Mettupalayam Revenue Office, in collaboration with the Distribution Office, from 10 AM to 1 PM. This initiative has been announced today to facilitate the local populace in making amendments and updates to their ration cards.

The camp will offer a variety of services, including the addition and removal of names on ration cards, changes in addresses, and updates of the photograph of the family head. Residents of Mettupalayam and surrounding areas are encouraged to take advantage of this camp to submit their grievances in the form of applications, ensuring their ration cards are up to date.

This proactive measure by the local administration aims to streamline the process for the public to access their entitlements under the PDS more efficiently and with less hassle.
