CCTV Surveillance Cameras Inaugurated in Amman Kulam Area of Coimbatore

Coimbatore: In a significant move towards enhancing community safety, CCTV surveillance cameras were installed in the Amman Kulam area of Coimbatore's 66th Ward. The installation, undertaken by the Amman Kulam Residents' Welfare Association, marks a step forward in local security initiatives. The inauguration ceremony of these surveillance cameras was held today, January 28.

The event was attended by Coimbatore South MLA, Vanathi Srinivasan, who officially launched the surveillance system. Following the inauguration, MLA Srinivasan addressed the residents, emphasizing the importance of CCTV cameras in maintaining public safety and security. She highlighted how such surveillance measures are crucial in deterring crime and aiding law enforcement in ensuring the safety of the community.
