In these meetings, the public submits petitions related to birth and death certificates, basic amenities, taxation, and various other requests. However, the meeting scheduled for January 2nd was cancelled due to administrative reasons. Commissioner Sivaguru Prabakaran confirmed the cancellation but did not specify the reasons for the same.
