More than 5000 people are receiving welfare assistance as part of the celebrations for Karunanidhi's centenary year

On the occasion of former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's birth centennial celebrations, DMK district secretary N Karthik participated in the distribution of welfare assistance programmes in Coimbatore, distributed welfare assistance to more than 5,000 people.



Coimbatore: On the occasion of former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's birth centennial celebrations, the DMK distributed welfare assistance to over 5,000 persons in Coimbatore.

On the occasion of former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's birth centenary celebrations, different initiatives such as welfare schemes, medical camps, and public meetings are being held in the Coimbatore city district.



Similarly, an event was held on behalf of Periya Bazaar Area Corporation in Coimbatore City District, presided over by District Secretary N Karthik.



District secretary N Karthik distributed various welfare items to 5,000 individuals, including sewing machines, sarees, mixies, and iron boxes.

Following this, N Karthik told reporters,



On the occasion of the birth centenary celebrations of former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, welfare schemes, medical camps and public meetings are being held in Coimbatore.

Scholarships, sewing machines, mixies, grinders, iron boxes, sarees, and other important welfare initiatives are provided. We will provide welfare assistance in all areas throughout this year.

"We don't care that people from the BJP are mumbling in their mouths. We are in power to serve the people.

"The BJP is not interested in the people, and we are not like that."

We are not only working for the people by providing a lot of welfare schemes, but we are also recognizing and catering to the needs of the people. This is what he said.
