Condition of patrol vehicles in Tirupur inspected ahead of Deepavali

The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhaskaran inspected the condition of 47 two-wheeler patrol vehicles and 55 four-wheeler patrol vehicles at the Tirupur City Police Commissionerate office premises ahead of Deepavali.



Tirupur: With Deepavali just around the corner and people thronging Tirupur's shopping areas, the police have stepped up security in the city to prevent incidents of crime.



As part of this initiative to beef up security cover, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, City Police Headquarters, Bhaskaran inspected the condition of patrol vehicles of police stations under the City Police Commissionerate.



The condition of 47 two-wheeler patrol vehicles and 55 four-wheeler patrol vehicles at the Tirupur City Police Commissionerate premises was inspected.



The Deputy Police Commissioner, Bhaskaran also instructed police officials on how the patrol vehicles should be operated.
