Minister Senthil Balaji Inaugurates construction of bridge worth ₹1.25 crore in Periya Thadagam, Coimbatore

The bridge is being built in the Coimbatore Anaikatti Road Periya Thadagam to Mankarai area and will help the residents during rainy season!


Coimbatore:Senthil Balaji, Minister of Electricity, Prohibition and Excise, inaugurated the construction of a small bridge worth Rs 1.25 crore at the Coimbatore Anaikatti Road Periya Thadagam - Mangarai area.

During the monsoon season in the area, traffic is sometimes severely affected by heavy rainfall over the mountains. Residents of the area said that the bridge is currently under construction, which will allow rainwater to flow under the bridge without any hindrance.

The Coimbatore District Collector GS Sameeran, Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Pratap, Coimbatore Mayor Kalpana Anand Kumar, and many others were present at the event.
