Protest will be intensified if BJP executives who slandered the Prophet are not arrested under UAPA law - MLA Jawahirullah

Skill development training camp that was held at Anaimalai near Pollachi, Jawahirullah, Member of the Papanasam Legislative Assembly and President of the Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam said that the protest will advance to the next stage if the BJP executives who slandered the Prophet are not arrested under UAPA law


Coimbatore: A Skill development training camp for Manithaneya Makkal Katchi and Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam executives was held at Anaimalai near Pollachi.M. H. Jawahirullah , Member of the Papanasam Legislative Assembly and President of the Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam attended the event and held discussions with the executives.

He later told reporters that “BJP national spokesperson Nupur Sharma and Delhi media chief Naveen Zinta should be prosecuted and arrested under the UAPA Act for slandering the prophet. A protest was staged on the behalf of Maithaneya Makkal Katchi and Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam regarding this.



The BJP government has only used the UAPA law against Muslims.The BJP executives Nupur Sharma and Naveen Zinta were fully deserving of an arrest under the UAPA Act for slandering the Prophet and inciting riots among the people. The protest will advance to the next stage if the two BJP members who had incited communal separation amongst the people were not arrested under the UAPA Act. The BJP government is not only against minorities but also against the Constitution of India as a whole.
