Coimbatore: Trolleys and safety equipment were provided to sanitary workers in Ward No. 5 and Ward No.22 by the Vyasar Spiritual Center located in Ward No. 22. The event was presided over by Piya (A) R Krishnan, Western District Organizer of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, and Ilakumi Ilanchelvi Karthik, the Eastern Regional Chairman of Coimbatore Corporation.

DMK volunteers and many others including 7th Ward Councillor Govindaraj, 9th Ward Councillor Saraswati, 23rd Ward Councillor Chitra Maniyan, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam 22nd District Secretary Selvaraj and 9th Ward District Secretary Myilsami were present. The Vyasar Spiritual Center provided trolleys and safety equipment for the benefit of the community and to assist the sanitary workers.
