Former DMK leader M Karunanidhi’s 99th birthday celebrated in Valparai yesterday

Former Chief Minister Mu Karunanidhi's 99th birthday was celebrated on behalf of the municipality in the Valparai area of Coimbatore district.


Coimbatore: As part of this, led by Mayor Alaku Sundaravalli and Municipal Commissioner Balu the city council officers took an oath with the aim of being a clean municipality at the municipal office. Following this, Swachh Bharat Mission (Check) an awareness rally took place, in the presence of college students.



The DMK flag was hoisted at which the former Chief Minister was celebrated on behalf of the municipality by giving gifts and sweets to the employees.

4th Ward Member J. Bhaskar, 15th Ward member Ravichandran, 3rd Ward Member Veeramani, 12th Ward Member Anparasan, and many others were present during the celebrations.
