State Express Transport Corporation (SETC), the premium service operator of Tamil Nadu has introduced AC Sleeper bus services between Coimbatore to Chennai, on a daily basis.
State Express Transport Corporation (SETC), the premium service operator of Tamil Nadu has introduced AC Sleeper bus services between Coimbatore to Chennai, on a daily basis.
The service is operated by Coimbatore Division of SETC with 4 AC Sleeper buses. The service is scheduled to start from Gandhipuram SETC Bus Stand and will reach Chennai Moffusil Bus Terminus (CMBT) the next day morning.
SETC is scheduled to operate two buses one at 6:30 PM and 10:25 PM. The first schedule at 6:30 PM will start from Gandhipuram SETC Bus Stand with pick up points at Hope College KMCH, Karumathampatti, Avinashi New Bus Stand, Perumanallur Toll and Erode.
The bus will reach Tambaram at 2:30 AM and Chennai CMBT at 3:30 AM. The fare for the service from Coimbatore to CMBT is fixed at Rs.1200 per adult excluding the reservation charges.
The second schedule starts at 10:25 PM from Gandhipuram Bus Stand with the same pick up points. This bus will reach Tambaram at 6:25 AM and CMBT at 07:25 AM.The fare for the schedule is fixed at Rs.1020 per passenger seat excluding reservation charges.
