Revised Water Tax Structures
Residential purpose:
Upto 500 sq ft - Deposit Amt - Rs. 5000/- and Monthly rent - Rs. 150/-
From 501 -1200 sf ft - Deposit - Rs. 11,000/- and Monthly Rent-Rs. 200/-
From 1201 - 2400 sq ft - Deposit Rs. 19,000/- and Monthly Rent - Rs. 250/-
Above 2400 sq ft - Deposit Rs. 29,000/- and Monthly Rent - Rs. 300/-
For usage above 15,000 litres, Rs. 10 would be charged for every 1000 litres.
Commercial Purpose:
Upto 500 sq ft - Deposit Amt - Rs. 20,000/- and Monthly rent - Rs. 450/-
From 501 -1200 sf ft - Deposit - Rs. 25,000/- and Monthly Rent-Rs. 600/-
From 1201 - 2400 sq ft - Deposit Rs. 30,000/- and Monthly Rent - Rs. 750/-
Above 2400 sq ft - Deposit Rs. 35,000/- and Monthly Rent - Rs. 900/-
For usage above 15,000 litres, Rs. 30 would be charged for every 1000 litres.
Industrial Purpose
Upto 500 sq ft - Deposit Amt - Rs. 25,000/- and Monthly rent - Rs. 900/-
From 501 -1200 sf ft - Deposit - Rs. 30,000/- and Monthly Rent-Rs. 1,200/-
From 1201 - 2400 sq ft - Deposit Rs. 40,000/- and Monthly Rent - Rs. 1,500/-
Above 2400 sq ft - Deposit Rs. 50,000/- and Monthly Rent - Rs. 1,800/-
For usage above 15,000 litres, Rs. 60 would be charged for every 1000 litres.
