There will be a power outage in Valparai on 12th June, 2023 - Electricity Department

On Monday, June 12, due to the removal of branches of trees near the power lines in valparai block areas under Iyerpadi sub-station, power supply will be disrupted in the surrounding areas including Iyerpadi, Rottikadai, Attakatti, Waterfalls, Kurangumudi, Thaimudi and Shekkalmudi.

Coimbatore: The electricity department has announced that there will be a power outage in Valparai on May 12 due to the removal of tree branches from the power lines. 

In this regard, a notification issued by the Valparai Electricity Department said,

On Monday, June 12, the removal of branches of trees near the power lines will be carried out in valparai block areas under Iyerpadi sub-station. 

Due to this, on that day, power supply will be disrupted in Iyerpadi, Rottikadai, Attakatti, Waterfalls, Kurangumudi, Thaimudi, Shekkalmudi, Chinnakallar, Periya Kallar, High Forest, Sholayar Nagar, Mudis, Urulikkal, Valparai, Cinchona, Pannimedu, Manampalli, etc.

The public should cooperate with this move of the electricity department.
