8th class examination dates rescheduled for two subjects; New examination dates will be announced

Class 8 general examination for individual candidates was to be held from the 8th to the 12th. The date for the rescheduled examination will be announced later by the examination department.


Coimbatore: The examination for the 8th class individual selectors was to start from today.

The Tamil and English exams that were scheduled to be held today and tomorrow are rescheduled due to rain. The Department of Examinations has announced that other examinations will be held in due course.

According to a press release issued by Rama Varma, Director of State Examinations, the Class 8 general examination for individual candidates was to be held from the 8th to the 12th. Due to the heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, only the Tamil and English language examinations scheduled for today and the 9th have been rescheduled. Other examinations will take place as planned. The date for the rescheduled examination will be announced later by the examination department, he said.
