Train service to operate from Ernakulam to Karnataka again via Podanur.


Tirupur: Train service resumes from Ernakulam to Karnataka via Podanur again. The weekly special train (06129) operated by Banaswadi from Karnataka to Ernakulam was suspended.

At present the train will run again from Ernakulam via Podanur, Tirupur, Erode and Salem from the 5th. Similarly, the weekly special train service from Banaswadi to Ernakulam will resume on the 6th. Similarly, the Humsabar weekly express train service from Kochuveli to Banaswadi will resume from the 8th of this month.

This train passes through Coimbatore, Erode and Salem. Similarly, the train service will be rescheduled from the 9th of this month. The Shadapti special train will run from Chennai Central to Coimbatore six days a week from the 5th of this month. Similarly, the service from Coimbatore to Chennai will be launched on the same day. This information was mentioned in a press release issued by the Salem Railway Division.
