Coimbatore: Passengers from Coimbatore can book tickets for special train from Erode for the Nava Jyotirlinga Pilgrimage.

On the eve of Maha Shivaratri, a special train will run from Coimbatore to visit the Navajothir Lingams. On behalf of the Coimbatore IRCTC, the Nava Jyotirlinga Yatra special train will run on March 8, ahead of Mahasivarathri.

In the return direction, the train will leave Tirunelveli on March 8via Madurai, Dindigul, Karur, Erode, Salem and Chennai. Trimbakeshwar in Maharashtra, Bhimsankar, Guruneshwar, Avunagnnath, Parli Vaidyanath, Somanth in Gujarat, Omkareswar in Madhya Pradesh, Mahaleshwar in Ujjain and Srisailam Mallikarjuna in Andhra will be covered in this trip.
