Applications invited for participation in Professional Skills Competition to be held in Shanghai - District Collector

Coimbatore: The Coimbatore District Collector, K Rajamani announced that eligible individuals can apply on the website for the District Professional Skills Competition to be held in Shanghai, China in September.


Coimbatore: The Coimbatore District Collector, K Rajamani announced that eligible individuals can apply on the website for the District Professional Skills Competition to be held in Shanghai, China in September. 

"Eligible candidates can apply for the District Level Professional Skills Competition to be held in January 2020 by applying at https://worldskillsindia.co.in/worldskill/world in order to showcase their skills and talents in Tamil Nadu, and qualify to participate in the International Skills Competition to be held in Shanghai, China in September 2021," announced the Collector.

"As a result, the district-level competition will be held for 47 industries across six sectors to enable the participants to showcase their unique talents. The last date for applying for district-level competitions is November 25. Age limit should not exceed 20 years (Must be born on or after 1.1.1999. Certain categories of occupations are eligible to participate if born on or after 1.1.1996)," added the Collector.

Candidates who have studied 5th-12th grade, graduates, those presently studying and have studied in ITI or engineering colleges, those working in industries, PMKVY and people working in non-NGOs can apply.
