Tamil Nadu State Urban Livelihood Mission plans to conduct skill development training program every year for the educated youth to enhance their skills for 46 days to 100 days certified course.
Tamil Nadu State Urban Livelihood Mission plans to conduct skill development training program every year for the educated youth to enhance their skills for 46 days to 100 days certified course.
On the completion of the training program, the attendees would receive a certificate.
The training centres will provide them with job opportunities and continue to supervise their job opportunities for a year.
For those who wish to start their own business loans with subsidized interest rates will be arranged by the training centres.
Applications are invited from eligible educated youth and applications are available in all the Panchayat, Municipality and Corporation offices.
Eligibility criteria are as follows
1. Applicants should be from a poor background living in the city.
2. They should not have availed any program below SJSRY/NULM scheme for the past three years
3. Should have completed a higher course than the course applied for
4. Should have completed eligible educational qualification and need to submit their application before 31st of this month in the respective office.
