2800 students from 65 universities in India have participated in various events such as 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m, 5000 m, Shot Put, Javelin Throw, Discuss Throw, Long Jump, High Jump, 4 X 100 m Relay, 4 X 400 m Relay, 4 X 400 mixed Relay, Kabaddi and Badminton.
Coimbatore: The 21st All India Inter-Agriculture Universities' Games and Sports Meet 2022-23 was held at the CCS Haryana Agricultural Universities, Hisar, Haryana from February 20 to 24.

Coimbatore's Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) won 3 gold medals, 10 silver medals, and 6 bronze medals in various events. After defeating four teams, the men's Kabaddi team advanced to the semi-finals.
With 65 points, TNAU Coimbatore won the overall athletic championship and was Runner-Up in both the men's and women's categories. The team was accompanied by Dr. J P Desiga Srinivasan, Assistant Director of Physical Education and M Nandhini, Teaching Assistant, who was also Team Manager.
TNAU's Vice-Chancellor, Dr. V Geethalakshmi appreciated the medal winners who brought laurels to the University. N Maragatham, Dean (Centre for Students Welfare) and Chairman Sports Council, Dean (Agriculture), Dean (Agrl. Engineering) and Dean (SPGS) felicitated the prize winners.
