GRG School of Management Studies hosts CXO talk on 'Navigating through the Pandemic: Challenges and Opportunities for MSMEs'
Coimbatore: The GRG School of Management Studies organised a CXO talk on July 3.
K Ilango, Managing Director, RSM Autokast Ltd., Coimbatore was the guest speaker and addressed the topic 'Navigating through the Pandemic: Challenges and Opportunities for MSMEs.'
K Illango elaborated on the impact of the pandemic on MSMEs, the challenges they faced with regards to increase in input cost, labour shortages and disruption of supply chain. He also spoke on the opportunities it brought to some of the MSMEs like those involved in the production of compressors for oxygen generators, masks, and IT and pharma companies.
K Illango urged the students not to lose hope and concluded on a positive note stating that the worst was over and just as there is always dawn after the night, things will soon turn out for the better.
