On the 34th day of the expedition, the team traveled from Kashgar to Tourgart Border and Pass.
They reached the Chinese exit by 12, after which folowed a tedious day. At 4:30 they crossed Chinese territory and headed towards the Krgystan border. A blizzard was also slowly developing.
At the border, the team grew concerned, for there were no signs of thier guide, Stalbek, who was supposed to meet them there. Later on, they found out that they were at the wrong border. Adding to their worries, the blizzard was also getting worse.
The nearest town from there was downhill and they also had to drive through a trechareous pass. However, to their luck a young Samaritan came to the rescue and offered them a place for the night.
