Lotus football academy conducted a football league at Kotagiri, in which school students from various states including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Bengaluru took part. At the finals for under 10 age category between Sathikaathi school and Dreams Sagar Coonoor, Sathikaathi school won the match with the score 3-2.
In the finals for under 12 age category, Vishwasanthi school defeated Mahatma Gandhi school by scoring 1-0.
In the finals for under 14 age category, Vishwasanthi school won Riverside school by scoring 2-0. Coonoor MLA Santhi Ramu and Correspondent of Sathikaathi school, Nanjunda Bojan distributed the prizes to the winners.
