Coimbatore : Two-day inter-zone volleyball tournament for women organised by KPR Institutions began today at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology here. The tournament will feature around 400 players representing 19 zones under Anna University.
Coimbatore : Two-day inter-zone volleyball tournament for women organised by KPR Institutions began today at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology here. The tournament will feature around 400 players representing 19 zones under Anna University.
Around 38 teams ( winners and runners of each zone) from various district of Tamil Nadu are participating in the tournament.

Dr. K Bommana Raja, Principal of KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology along with P Thambidurai, Physical Director and R Stalin, Assistant Physical Director inaugurated the tournament.

At the end of the first day of the tournament, Panimalar College of Engineering, St. Joseph College of Engineering, Kongu Engineering College and Kumaraguru College of Technology have qualified for the semi-finals which will be held on Sunday.
