Coimbatore : Badminton tournament for engineering colleges under Zone X of Anna University was kick started today in Sri Krishna college of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) on Thursday.
Coimbatore : Badminton tournament for engineering colleges under Zone X of Anna University was kick started today in Sri Krishna college of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) on Thursday.
Around 27 teams took part in the two-day tournament hosted by SKCET.
In the first day of the tournament, Hindustan college of engineering and technology and SVS college of engineering and technology exhibited their skill sets to keep their lead in the men's Category.
Similarly in the women's category, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, SVS college of architecture and JCT college of engineering and technology registered their first victory.
The tournament was inaugurated by Dr. J Janet, Principal of SKCET along with Dr. C Suresh Kumar, Physical Director.
The finals is scheduled to take place tomorrow, September 28.
