The Nilgiris : The three-day National Volleyball tournament for English-medium schools commenced at St. Jude’s School, Kotagiri, in the Nilgiris today. The tournament is organized by the Council for the Indian School Certificate of Examinations (CISCE). Arjith Basu, the Assistant Secretary of Finance Department, CISCE and Dr. Charles inaugurated the tournament.

A total of 139 teams from various states are participating in this tournament. The matches will be played under four different divisions and the finals is scheduled for September 30.
