According to a release from the school, K Nirmal, Deputy Commandant, Rapid Action Force was the Chief Guest of the event.

During his address to students, Nirmal encouraged the students to be self confident, hard-working and have a liking for agriculture and start developing interest to regain the greenery of our surrounding.
Rev. Fr. Francis Thaivalappil, Correspondent of the School, during his presidential address stressed the importance of sports and the involvement of the students in making our motherland proud.

He also said that the competitive spirit keeps us active to acheive not just in sports but also in life.
The four house groups presented a gala march past. Red Spartans were the winners and the Yellow challengers were the runners-up.
Students performed Martial Art Karate and enthralled the spectators. Basketball, Tug of war, Sack race and other events were also held. Special events for parents, teachers and non-teaching staff were also conducted.
